So cutting copper is part of my job. I can't say it is my favorite part of making jewelry, it's really tough on my hands and usually ends with me having aching wrists and sliced finger tips. Call me crazy, but I prefer the designing and the etching part much better.
I had been chatting with my husband the day before about the Golden Ratio (see link for details) and we thought it would be great to use those proportions in my copper line of necklaces.
So, imagine my delight when I woke up to a huge stack of perfectly cut copper pieces! Not sure what I did to deserve such a treat, but in my book, this is bigger than flowers and chocolate! Thanks honey!
